What is MileagePlus Event Awards?
MileagePlus Event Awards allows MileagePlus members to use miles to purchase tickets to live sports, concerts and theater events for themselves and others through the TickPick ticket marketplace.
Is it safe to buy tickets this way?
All purchases are protected by the TickPick Buyer Trust Guarantee. TickPick guarantees that your purchase is safe and protected and that you will receive your tickets on time. Your tickets will be authentic and valid for entry. You will receive your tickets before the event. In the event of an emergency, TickPick will work to replace your tickets with tickets of equal or better quality. If the event is canceled, MileagePlus will refund the miles used to purchase your ticket(s).
Do I have to pay anything on top of the ticket price?
No. The miles price you see is all inclusive. No additional taxes or fees will be added.
How do I know the tickets are authentic?

What is the TickPick Score Report?
Price isn't the only factor that goes into purchasing a ticket. To help you make the best decision, TickPick’s system ranks each seat based on how good of a deal it is.
Why can't I see exact seat numbers?
The system does not show exact seat numbers, but the seat map and TickPick Score Report will give you a good idea of the location and quality of the seat.
Can I select the number of tickets I want?
Each ticket option will allow you to see the number of available tickets and the available seating configuration. Since there is often a large volume of tickets available, you may be able to buy the number of seats you want in the sections you want.
Will our seats be together?
All tickets purchased together will be together. If you want to sit separately, you must make multiple purchases.
Can I add to my order after I purchase tickets?
If you would like to sit together, you must purchase all tickets in the same order.
How soon will I get my tickets?
For physical tickets purchased prior to the day of an event, TickPick guarantees tickets to be delivered at least one day prior to the event. For e-tickets purchased the day of an event, TickPick guarantees tickets will be delivered 30 minutes before your event start time; if purchase is within two hours of the event, TickPick guarantees tickets will be delivered within 30 minutes of purchase.
If I purchase tickets on the day of the event, when will I receive them?
If the tickets are labeled as "e-tickets," you should receive them within two hours of your purchase. If the purchase is within two hours of your event, you should receive them within 30 minutes.
What if the tickets are "local pickup"?
The “local pickup” option for tickets is rare. If the tickets are labeled as "local pickup,” the tickets will be available for pickup as close to the venue as possible. The tickets will often be held for you at the nearest FedEx location. You will need to go to the location and show a photo ID to pick up your tickets.
Why is someone else's name on my tickets?
Any name printed on your tickets reflects the original purchaser's name and will have no effect on your entry.
What if there is an issue with my tickets?
If there are any issues or discrepancies with the tickets that you receive from what was purchased, TickPick will do its best to find comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or are not available at a comparable price, TickPick and MileagePlus each reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the miles used to purchase the ticket(s). In this case, TickPick will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to use to return the tickets to TickPick.
What if I don't receive my tickets on time?

What if my tickets are invalid?
In the unlikely event your tickets are deemed invalid by the venue, call TickPick customer support immediately at 1-800-910-3582, extension 805. TickPick will do its best to locate comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or if you are unable to contact customer support before the event, TickPick will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to return the tickets. After TickPick confirms with the venue that the tickets are invalid, MileagePlus will issue you a refund for the miles used to purchase the ticket(s). For this guarantee to be in effect, you must contact customer support within five days of the event.
What if the event is canceled or postponed?
If an event is canceled and will not occur at a later date, we will send you an email that will offer you the opportunity to return your tickets within 15 days to receive a refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets for the rescheduled date or time. If an event is postponed and replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the rescheduled date, TickPick will work to obtain replacement tickets for you.
I placed an order. Can I cancel it?
No, all sales are final.
Who is eligible to participate in MileagePlus Event Awards?
All MileagePlus members with a valid email address and access to the internet may participate in the program, except where limited.
I live outside of the United States. Am I eligible to participate in MileagePlus Event Awards?
MileagePlus members living outside of the United States may participate. However, please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the U.S. unless otherwise noted. All events purchased through Event Awards take place in the U.S. at this time.
May I use a combination of miles and money on MileagePlus Event Awards?
No, only MileagePlus award miles are accepted at this time.
